Over the past five years, I’ve worked across both agency and freelance landscapes, watching social media evolve from a basic marketing tool into a dynamic ecosystem that demands more. More strategy, more creativity, and more intention.

In other words, I realised that the cookie cutter approach executed by most no longer works.

That realisation sparked the beginning of HOP.
